We made a reservation through booking.com for a room with private bathroom. We arrived to find out that it was a shared room and the hostel does not know how to manage their booking.com account.We decided to leave and look for another hostel and the receptionist was kind and return our money.

Personál. špina. nedostatok uterákov, hygienických výrobkov, Pan rečepcný ktorý ne môže riešiť problém hostia. Neodporúčam!

390€ for a room of 16 m2 IS not a good deal (250€ if you share, which is maybe worse). Furthermore, there are only 2 washing machines for the entire hostel and the kitchen IS not open since 9 p.m. To conclude, sometimes Wi-Fi doesn't work even for a simple WhatsApp message. If they continue in that way, I will never recommend it

Hole night wasn't good, noisy. Not very comfortable. Hot water for drinking is out of the apartment. The microwave is there too. It's awful.

Spokojnosť ( len uteraky keby menyli bolo by fajn a lebo som tam 3 dni a ani raz neprišli vymeniť osušky ani uterák:/ ) inak súper ;)

Great and clean rooms, front desk speeks good English. However the kitchen was too small, had no chairs, and was missing some basics.
