Great service friendly.

The ski lifts are open until 4:00pm. After I made my last run, we packed our stuff in the car and drove back through the traffic jam to the ski rental shop, it was 4:24pm. They wouldn't accept my snowboard and yelled at me that the store was only open until 4:15pm and the store was already closed. They told me to return the snowboard tomorrow and pay an extra day. I said that I was going back to Poland tonight and I needed my ID which they had withheld. I explained that I have to work tomorrow and cannot stay one day longer. After a long discussion and extremely disrespectful behavior of the employees, they accepted my snowboard and I got my ID back. A ski rental shop, in a ski resort where the ski lifts are in operation until 4pm, closes at 4:15pm? What is this?

Great service. Small but very helpful and friendly service (if you're just a little considerate and patient, unlike some British tourists). Good standard of rental gear.
