Food is brought from other canteen which is operated by same company, but tasty and sometimes they can really impress you with this food and how good it is, but usually it is an average food for cheap. Place is old and it looks like in deep communism. Time stopped here. It is used by officers and policeman bud it is publicly available. You have to have an ticked which must be marked day before or at morning of the day. But it is possible that they have some over ordered meals. So you should ask if they have. As they are bringing food it is opened only during lunch time.
